1.How to order:

You can order Jiale's inflatable products by Fax, E-mail & Feedback;

2.Size & Style:

You can order Jiale's inflatable products in any size or style.

3.Pick out your favourite products from:

You can provide your design or special demand to us.

4.Process:

a). You confirm order and pay the advance;

b). We design per your requirements and then e-mail you for confirmation;

c). We make your inflatable products;

d). We e-mail photographing of the product to you for final confirmation;

e). We deliver the products to you.

5.Price:

a). Please choose the product no. you are interested in, we will quote the best price for you.

b). If you have special design, Please offer your demands and sketch or pictures, we will quote the price for you.

6.Confirm order:

Choose your interested inflatable products,send us the products number, photos, size, and other demand by:

b). Submit on http://www.china-itoy.com/en/order/index.htm

c). Download the "Order Form" at: http://www.china-itoy.com/orderform.doc

d).Type up the "Order Form" and fill in the blank, and Fax to: +86-20-89602930 ,we will e-mail you a confirmative order form by scan.

e).If special design, please email us for pictures and order information without hesitation.

7.payment:

Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank,50% in advance, and the other 50% must be paied before we consign.

8.Lead Time:

Our regular lead time is 6-15 days, excluding transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and also the dimensions and quantities.

9.Transport:

Our inflatable products can be delivery by air or by sea. the approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. the shipping costs may be about USD$250 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD$250. Air charge is different for different country.

10. After service:

Jiale is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproducted and refunded if there are serious quality problems.

Our inflatable games can be used more than 5 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.
